1. Order Confirmations

Orders are transmitted directly to Amudham upon confirmation. Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order by contacting the restaurant directly. The ability to cancel is subject to the restaurant’s acceptance and preparation status.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect, missing, or damaged items
• Restaurant was unable to fulfill the order

Refunds are issued by Amudham or its authorized designee. Inquiries may be routed through the Platform, but final decision rests with the Restaurant.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are typically not issued for:

• Order cancellations after food preparation
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners
• Personal preferences or taste issues

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact Amudham directly or use the contact link on your digital receipt. Refunds, if approved, will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

• The California Consumer Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), which grants additional rights to California residents.
• The New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, which prohibits deceptive or misleading practices.

If you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, such rights will apply in addition to this Policy.
